DEVELOPMENT IN ACTION
Growth becomes real when people take responsibility for what comes next.
At Core Agency, development starts with the work: learning an offer, speaking with customers, applying feedback and building consistency. As capability grows, so does the opportunity to help others learn and take on more responsibility.
Two milestones make that progress tangible. Keon was promoted to run an office in April 2026, just under seven months after joining Core Agency. Jony earned his office-leadership promotion in early September 2026 after joining the previous December. Those are individual journeys we are proud to celebrate.

Two promotions. Two individual paths.

TRISH'S NEXT CHAPTER
An early milestone. More ahead.
Trish Guy joined Core Agency on . In a June 15 Instagram announcement, Core Agency celebrated her completion of training and achievement of Leadership Qualifications, recognizing her focus, consistency and commitment to growth.
As of September 26, 2026, Trish's promotion to run an office is anticipated for late October 2026. That milestone is still ahead of her, and we will celebrate it when it is complete.
Recognition matters. So does the work that follows it: continuing to learn, applying the standard and helping the team improve.
Bring the lessons back to the field.
The conference photo above captures another part of that development: getting the team into a room where they can learn, exchange ideas and return with a clearer sense of what to work on. Our Dallas post put the emphasis on bringing those lessons home and applying them.
That is the thread connecting these moments. Learn the work. Put the lessons into practice. Build the ability to take responsibility for more.
